Loveseat and sofa delivered, loveseat was wrong fabric but my salesperson and Howells are reordering loveseat and making it right. I LOVE my new bedroom set. Right after ordering it my home flooded and Howells kept it in the warehouse for me until I needed it with no pressure! It arrived perfect and the delivery guys were very careful not to damage anything and didnt touch a wall which is hard in my home as I have long halls with turns. They asked me where I wanted everything , set it up and my bed was assembled quickly. They even plugged in my nightstands for me! And also let me just say Courtney is AMAZING. She never pressured me, answered any questions I had ( which was a ton lol) and was very knowledgeable about everything I could possibly think of! She even told me about upcoming sales. The sales are GREAT! That is another thing I was pleasantly surprised by. The sale made the price of my purchase very affordable! I am already looking for my next pieces with Courtney. Howell’s accommodated us and helped after Imelda flooded our home keeping our furniture in the warehouse until the new home was ready to move in. I know there were shipping set backs and delays in product due to covid so I understand why it took so long, but it was frustrating not knowing when we would receive our full order. We did receive a metal bed frame for a month or so while we waited so I did appreciate that. The men who installed our bed frame were friendly and quick. I do have a minor issue with one of my drawers in my bed frame, but other than that, they did a great job. :)

My salesperson was knowledgable, nice, and helpful; however, she pushed the expensive mattresses and pillows too hard. The delivery guys were awesome. My only complaint is that it took 2 months to receive my bed. The remainder of my bedroom set was delivered promptly, but I was advised that my bed was on a ship sitting in the Port of Houston due to a Customs backup. I don't see how a ship could possibly sit in port for 2 months. But, Howell refunded my delivery charge, which I appreciated. Aside from the delay receiving my bed, I had a good experience and received very high quality furniture. I would shop at Howell again and recommend it to my friends and family.

I bought a house full of furniture from Howell's about 12 years ago and I wasn't replacing it because it was worn out, but rather I just wanted a refresh and I passed all of it down to my niece. I've always had a good experience shopping at Howell's. I go in from time to time for a piece or two in between buying a room full of furniture for not only my home, but for my camp. I know what I want and I love that I can relay this to the staff and am taken straight to it. This time I was helped by Jennifer Burke and I was blown away by her knowledge of the store's inventory. She took my ideas and added suggestions, not unlike some salespeople, but above and beyond.! I actually bought a Kincaid couch and loveseat sight unseen because they had nothing like it on the floor and I trusted that it would be what I wanted. I requested 5 specific things and looked on their site with Jenn and ordered. I also bought 2 Southern Motion chairs and these are amazing! From material to pillows to rugs, Jenn not only helped me shop, but also was empathetic to my time constraints due to a personal issue during this time. She also came over when the furniture was delivered and helped with placement. She offered suggestions on lamps, tables, wall art and decorations. etc. She will offer support after the sale, which I love! Howell's is lucky to have this energetic, upbeat, knowledgeable, caring, no-pressure sales person! 5 stars aren't enough! Thank you Jennifer Burke and Howell's!
